Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Mandarin Customer Support (Account Operations Lead) to manage day-to-day account operations for a China-based business, working with U.S. operations and China stakeholders in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will handle orders, inventory, shipments, and service requests; coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and IT teams; communicate in Mandarin and English; monitor SLA performance and maintain accurate records to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese – spoken and written.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, account support, operations, or shared services.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across teams and time zones.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational and customer concerns related to orders, inventory, shipments, and service requests.
• Communicate with China-based stakeholders in Mandarin and English.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, transportation, customer service, IT, and other internal teams.
• Follow up on operational issues and escalations through resolution.
• Monitor service requests and SLA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and account documentation.
• Support process improvements and consistent execution of account requirements.
