Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, client management, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and able to work with US-based clients across different time zones.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, SOP development, KPI tracking, and strong leadership. Onsite work is preferred, with remote collaboration across time zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations leadership role.
• Strong background in operations management, process improvement and team leadership.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with US-based clients across multiple time zones.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and operational management tools.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations including recruitment, onboarding, and team management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs.
• Oversee daily operations, team performance, and KPI tracking.
• Conduct initial interviews for VA candidates for Legal Practice Flow.
• Coordinate regularly with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and interviews as the operations representative.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and performance reviews with VAs.
• Manage client onboarding and client-facing operational processes.
• Ensure smooth communication with US-based clients across time zones.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
