Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can speak Mandarin fluently to support a US-based supply chain and logistics account. The role offers hybrid work with night shifts and comprehensive training.

You will handle inquiries in English and Mandarin via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and shipments, maintain records, and escalate complex issues when needed. CSR/BPO experience in a Mandarin account is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working US night shift hours
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• CSR/BPO experience, especially in a Chinese/Mandarin account, is a strong advantage
