Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Mandarin-speaking CSR to support a global supply chain and logistics account. You will work with China-based clients and U.S.-based operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.

The role requires fluent Mandarin and English, the ability to coordinate across time zones, and experience in customer service or operations. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, with logistics exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese fluency, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and operational concerns in Mandarin and English.
• Support concerns related to orders, shipments, inventory, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with escalations and communicate updates clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and account documentation.
• Help identify process issues and support continuous improvements.
