Job summary

Levanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager for APAC (China-based, Mandarin & English fluent) to support our growing presence in the region. You’ll be the primary contact for Chinese-speaking sellers and agency partners, driving satisfaction, retention and growth through a deep understanding of their goals and Levanta’s platform.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to train on US East Coast hours; working hours will be in China Standard Time.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success Manager, Account Manager).
• Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams including sales, marketplace, and publisher development.
• Experience with CRM software; HubSpot knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's objectives and success metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and agency partners in Mandarin and English.
• Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, usage, and value realization of our platform.
• Partner with the publisher development team to match customers with good fit affiliates for revenue activation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review progress and address concerns.
• Advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to the product team.
• Monitor customer health and retention, mitigating churn.
• Develop and stay informed on platform trends and best practices to advise customers.
