Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to support our Bulgaria-based operations. The role focuses on coordinating delivery operations and maintaining clear, proactive communication with German-speaking clients.

Ideal candidates will have proven logistics experience, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to work on-site in Sofia. A valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria is required, with a relocation package offered.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proven interest or experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery processes for Logistics & Supply Chain partners.
• Provide proactive support to German-speaking customers on shipment tracking, transit times, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with warehouses and carrier fleets to resolve logistical discrepancies in real time.
• Maintain data integrity within internal management platforms.
