Timeless Medical Systems, a global provider of healthcare software solutions, seeks a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist in the Philippines. You will maintain customer data integrity, manage essential documentation, and handle inquiries with professional coordination across teams.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities include CRM recordkeeping, documentation of interactions, and creation of knowledge base materials

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper) is an asset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Document and update customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain internal service documentation (KBs, FAQs).
• Serve as administrative point of contact for sustainment projects and calls.
• Address routine inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Engage with clients and escalate when necessary to management.
• Collaborate with Product and Technical Support to resolve issues.
• Monitor administrative data to identify trends and gaps.
