Job summary

NTT Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking an ICT Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise ICT systems, with a focus on Genetec Security Center.

The role involves planning, integration, and lifecycle management of security and related platforms across CSRS. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of hands-on ICT experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant ICT field.
• Minimum five years of enterprise ICT system experience.
• Experience with Genetec Security Center is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with governance and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic health assessments of ICT infrastructure including servers, databases, storage, apps, services, licenses, and network connectivity.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, backup verification, capacity planning, configuration reviews, and performance assessments.
• Monitor system availability, licenses, vendor support, maintenance contracts, and lifecycle milestones.
• Provide incident investigation, troubleshooting, and technical support for ICT systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, infrastructure, database, app, network, and integration issues.
• Plan, coordinate, and support upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle expansions of ICT platforms.
• Provide technical advisory services for ICT architecture and interoperability.
• Support integration with enterprise platforms and identity management, visitor management, and other apps.
• Review configurations to improve cybersecurity, resilience, and reliability.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and governance teams to address findings.
