Job summary

ERNI Philippines is seeking an experienced ICT Administrator to join our Manila team. You will focus on administration, optimization, integration, and ongoing enhancement of the Genetec Security Center platform, supporting electronic access control, video surveillance, and related security operations.

The role requires hands-on system experience, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage lifecycle activities from planning through deployment and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in planning, implementing, administration, maintenance, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms including physical security systems, emergency communications, business-critical applications, or other OT solutions.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, systems integrators, and business stakeholders throughout the system lifecycle.
• Minimum of five years hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center administration, implementation, or support is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, and integrate the Genetec Security Center platform for the client’s enterprise security operations.
• Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management of ICT platforms.
• Provide incident investigation, troubleshooting, and technical support for ICT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and operations to ensure reliable services.
• Develop technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices for secure operations.
