Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/IS or related discipline.
• 5+ years administering enterprise ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with physical security platforms or critical operational tech.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, AD, virtualization, networking.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including hardening and DR.
• Genetec Security Center administration experience is highly desirable.

About the Role

Our client, an international development finance institution, is looking for a Senior ICT Administrator to support the planning, implementation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of technology systems used by its security operations and organizational resilience function. The initial scope centers on administering and enhancing the Genetec Security Center platform, the client's enterprise security management system supporting electronic access control, video surveillance, and related security operations, with the role expanding over time to additional ICT platforms within the division.

What You'll Do

• Perform periodic health assessments, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring of ICT infrastructure supporting security operations systems.
• Provide incident investigation, troubleshooting, and technical support for ICT systems, including the Genetec Security Center platform.
• Plan and support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management for ICT platforms.
• Provide technical advisory services for ICT architecture, solution design, and systems integration.
• Support security hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch validation, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Prepare technical documentation, administrator guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as physical security systems, emergency communications, or other business-critical operational technology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and enterprise networking.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including system hardening, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center administration is highly desirable.
