Job summary

ERNI is seeking an ICT Administrator for its Genetec Security Center platform to support enterprise security operations. The role focuses on administration, optimization, integration, and lifecycle management of ICT systems across SOC, ECS, VisReg, and related platforms.

Experience with Genetec Security Center and enterprise ICT governance is highly desirable, with on-site collaboration in Manila, Philippines. The position offers career growth and ongoing training opportunities across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the planning, implementation, administration, maintenance, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise platforms including physical security systems, emergency communications, business-critical applications, or other operational technology solutions.
• Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, migrations, proof-of-concept activities, technology evaluations, and operational transition for enterprise ICT systems.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, systems integrators, and business stakeholders throughout the system lifecycle.
• Minimum of (5) years of hands‑on experience with Genetec Security Center administration, implementation, or support is highly desirable, as it represents the initial technology platform under this engagement.

Responsibilities

• The initial scope of work will focus on the administration, optimization, integration, and ongoing enhancement of the Genetec Security Center platform, client's enterprise security management system supporting electronic access control, video surveillance, and related security operations.
• As CSRS continues to modernize its technology landscape, the ICT Administrator’s responsibilities may expand to include additional ICT platforms and services supporting the Security Operations Center (SOC), Emergency Communications System (ECS), Visitor Registration System (VisReg), emergency management technologies, and other operational and business-critical systems deployed by the Division.
• The ICT Administrator shall provide technical expertise throughout the system lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, operational transition, lifecycle upgrades, performance optimization, and technology advisory services, as directed through individual task orders.
