Job summary

ERNI is seeking an ICT Administrator to manage Genetec Security Center and enterprise ICT platforms in a demanding, multinational environment. You will work closely with the client’s IT team and vendors to ensure operational reliability, security, and lifecycle management of critical systems.

The role emphasizes system integration, cybersecurity hardening, and ongoing technical advisory services, with on-site Manila operations and a Hybrid Set-Up to support flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in planning, implementing, administering, maintaining, integrating, and lifecycle management of enterprise ICT systems.
• Experience with Genetec Security Center administration, implementation, or support is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout system lifecycle.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, and enterprise ICT architectures.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, integrate, and enhance Genetec Security Center platform for enterprise security operations.
• Coordinate with client IT departments, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth system lifecycle management.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and proof-of-concept activities; provide technical advisory services.
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and documentation for ICT platforms.
