Zenith United Electric Corp in Metro Manila is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the ME Services Team, planning installation, testing, commissioning, PMS, repair and maintenance, and coordinating resources.
You will review technical requirements, supervise site inspections, ensure safety and quality standards, support sales with technical assessments and quotations, and drive project profitability.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mechanical and Electrical Services Team.
Plan and oversee installation, testing, commissioning, PMS, repair, and maintenance activities.
Assign manpower, tools, equipment, and resources based on project and service requirements.
Monitor project and service progress, quality, timelines, and costs.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians.
Review technical requirements, drawings, scopes of work, and project specifications.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of service activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Review and monitor service reports, commissioning reports, PMS reports, and other technical documentation.
Support Sales and Business Development teams in technical assessments, site inspections, scope preparation, and service quotations.
Identify opportunities for additional maintenance, repair, and technical services.
Monitor and manage service costs, manpower utilization, and project profitability.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of engineers, technicians, and service personnel.
Provide regular updates to Management regarding project status, service performance, issues, and recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical installation, commissioning, maintenance, or engineering services.
Experience in managing technical teams and service projects.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, PMS, installation, and commissioning.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Good communication and customer coordination skills.
Willing to conduct site visits and supervise projects in the field.
