Job summary

CROSS-LINK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead the Maintenance and Electrical team on-site. You will ensure proper operation and troubleshooting of gensets and electrical equipment, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.

The role requires 3–5 years in electrical and facilities maintenance with strong genset knowledge. Construction industry experience is advantageous; on-site availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
• REE license (REE) is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical and facilities maintenance.
• Strong genset experience is required.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and generator controls.
• Experience with electrical systems, equipment, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to work on-site and respond to emergencies.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Maintenance and Electrical team.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gensets and electrical equipment.
• Conduct and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Monitor genset performance, fuel consumption, batteries, controls, and components.
• Ensure generators are ready for emergency and backup power requirements.
• Inspect electrical systems, machinery, tools, and facility equipment.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for major repairs and technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service history.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor inventory and availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance personnel.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports and recommend improvements to management.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties related to maintenance and engineering as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is highly preferred

• With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical and facilities maintenance

• Strong hands-on experience with generator sets (gensets) is required

• Knowledge in genset operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic generator controls

• Experience in electrical systems, equipment, and building/facility maintenance

• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to supervise and lead maintenance personnel

• Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and documentation

• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

• Willing to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance concerns when required

• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
