Job summary

MFT International Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to oversee mechanical projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Engineering degree, a valid PE license, and experience in HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Licensed or registered Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience in project management or site supervision with HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, installation works, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise mechanical project activities from start to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor site operations, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, and risks.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Assist in cost monitoring and resource management.
