We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through completion. The role will be responsible for managing project operations, timelines, resources, costs, technical deliverables, and project teams while ensuring compliance with client requirements, engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the Project Team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Review, approve, and validate technical details, service purchase orders (P.O.), quotations, and project documents prepared by the team.
Ensure timely preparation of project schedules (e.g., Gantt charts) and monitor project progress against timelines.
Anticipate project risks and develop proactive solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure alignment between Sales, Operations, Service Team, Stakeholders, and other departments for seamless project activity.
Deliver presentations and proposals to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy of project delivery.
Supervise and mentor Project Engineers and technical staff, ensuring proper delegation and execution of tasks.
Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure individual and team KPIs are met and performance is tracked effectively.
Foster a high-performing project team through training, development, and mentorship.
Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and a strong work ethic.
Contribute to process improvements, project execution methodologies, and best practices within the department.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of project documentation, reports, and completion certificates.
Approve and oversee purchase requisitions, service requisitions, and resource allocations
Monitor project expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with budget limits.
Evaluate resource requirements (manpower, tools, consumables, equipment) and ensure availability through proper planning.
Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, client requirements, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Education: Degree holder in Engineering such as Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent Engineering discipline.
At least (10) years or more experience in related field, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Licensed Engineer is required (except for non-board courses)
Experience in power plants, geothermal facilities, water treatment plants, manufacturing industries, or related industrial sectors is an advantage
Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects from start to completion.
Experience in installation, commissioning, or instrumentation works is an advantage.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Knowledge of AutoCAD and interpretation of engineering drawings, schematics, and fabrication/shop drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel to client sites, nationwide when required.
With driver’s license and know how to drive 4 wheels independently.
