Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PRC License is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, MEPF, pre-construction, bidding, estimating, technical proposals, technical sales, or value engineering.
• Experience in corporate fit-out, design-and-build, or commercial construction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MEPF systems, construction methods, costing, and value engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and client needs.
• Develop technical solutions and project methodologies for MEPF, fit-out, and construction projects.
• Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, presentations, and bid documents.
• Support project costing, estimating, bidding, and value engineering activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, site visits, and technical discussions.
• Provide technical recommendations and identify cost-effective alternatives.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Support the Business Development team in developing solutions for potential projects.
