Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage facilities projects such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and building improvements
Prepare project scopes, timelines, cost estimates, and technical specifications
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets
Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements
Provide technical solutions to project-related issues during execution
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
Verify work completion and certify progress payments
Coordinate projects with facilities operations to minimize disruption
Support preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives
Ensure projects align with long-term facilities asset management plans
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, local codes, and regulatory requirements
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on-site
Ensure proper documentation, permits, and approvals are in place
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and post-project evaluations
