Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
Coordinate with project teams, departments, clients, and stakeholders
Review and approve field engineering drawings and bill of materials in compliance with codes and standards
Supervise installation activities and monitor progress against schedule
Identify, procure, and manage project materials; obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Track project costs, review change orders, and implement cost control measures
Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct site inspections
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Serve as point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates
Lead, guide, and mentor project team members and cadet engineers
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Registered Mechanical Engineer preferred)
Experience
At least 1–2 years experience in fabrication, construction, or installation projects
