Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary education is required, with preference for Logistics Management.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• 3 years of working experience in similar industry with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
• Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Professional with positive self-image.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Possess Customer Service mindset and passion for service excellence.
• Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt information technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads an efficient and professional team who will exceed customer’s expectation.
• Monitors and allocates resources according to productivity level in order to achieve service excellence.
• Reviews and identifies customers’ needs and requirements in daily communication with origin and regional offices.
• Pro-actively communicates with internal and external customers on industrial, country and company initiatives and changes.
• Reviews and implements new initiative from internal and external customers.
• Supports and rolls out any system or process enhancement implemented by corporate.
• Achieves consistency in output of docs / services that is timely, complete & accurate.
