Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary education is required, with preference for Logistics Management.
• 3 years in a similar industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships across levels.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of documentation representatives to exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor resources to meet productivity targets and service levels.
• Coordinate with origin and regional offices to identify customer needs.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers on initiatives.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate documentation and services.
• Support system/process enhancements rolled out by corporate.
