Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior accounting professional to join our Real Assets team in the Philippines. You will oversee financial reporting, client deliverables, and staff coordination for fund administration with emphasis on IFRS/USGAAP experience.

Role requires 4+ years in financial services accounting, strong Excel skills, and hybrid work at Alabang office with 3 days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting.
• Designation in accounting is preferred.
• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in financial services.
• Supervisory experience with staff management.
• Knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
• Advanced MS Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review operational deliverables per SLAs with clients.
• Act as central point of contact for clients.
• Assist Operations Manager with staff allocation and workflows.
• Support staff with complex deliverables as needed.
• Resolve open items with clients and meet deadlines.
• Support client conversions and migrations.
• Liaise with auditors, legal counsel and investors.
• Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers.
• Review capital activity and fund allocations.
• Review LP/GP allocations, fees and waterfalls.
• Prepare trial balances and related working papers.
• Prepare financial statements and footnotes.
