Job summary

CITCO International Support Services Limited-Philippine ROHQ is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead fund administration activities in our Alabang office. You will maintain books, NAV calculations, and oversee financial reporting for complex private equity structures.

The role requires 6+ years in financial services accounting, IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, and proven staff supervision. Excellent English communication and client-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in accounting for financial services, private equity, asset management or fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values.
• Coordinate and review financial statements and related reports including monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Coordinate and review carried interest/performance/incentive fees calculations.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and fund allocations with accurate investor statements.
• Supervise junior staff and review work.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and collaborate with Investor Relations.
