Job summary

Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior accounting professional to join our Real Assets team in the Philippines. The role involves coordinating with clients, reviewing financial statements, and supporting migrations and client transitions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in financial services accounting, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and supervisory experience. This is a hybrid role with three days in-office at our Alabang office and shifting mid-day schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting required.
• Professional designation preferred.
• CPA path or working towards CPA is valued.
• 6+ years' accounting experience in financial services (Real Estate, Asset Management, or Fund Administration).
• Supervisory experience of staff for 4+ years.
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for clients.
• Review and finalize quarterly/monthly reports and working papers.
• Assist Operations Manager in workload allocation and process improvements.
• Support the conversion of new clients and migrations.
• Review capital activity, including cash calls and distributions.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and investors.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
