Job summary

Citco is hiring for a Fund Accounting – Real Estate role based in the Philippines. You will work within a global team handling complex fund structures, deliver NAV calculations, and produce financial statements and client reports.

The position requires collaboration with multiple groups and adherence to strict service levels. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Financial Services, a degree in accounting/finance, and familiar with MS Excel; CPA/CFA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Professional designation (CPA/CFA/CMA) is an advantage.
• 4+ years experience in Financial Services with high-volume operations.
• Experience in private equity or hedge funds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate Net Asset Values.
• Prepare financial statements and related reports including performance metrics.
• Calculate carried interest and performance fees.
• Record trades in custody and accounting systems.
• Liaise with other Citco groups and external parties for information.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations and monitor pricing.
• Prepare NAV packages and ad hoc client reports.
• Ensure tasks meet service level agreements and maintain best-practice policies.
