Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in the Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to join its Fund Administration team, focusing on accounting, analysis, and accurate financial reporting for real estate funds.

You will review partnership agreements, prepare allocations, monitor client deliverables, and support audits while liaising with auditors, legal counsel, and clients. Strong Excel and English communication are essential; MRI/Yardi/Investran knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Business or Finance; accounting background preferred.
• Designated accountant or pursuing ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• 1+ year of public/private audit or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
• Prepare allocations for limited and general partners.
• Interact with management and clients and assist in audits.
