Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Philippines seeks an accounting professional to manage ledgers, prepare financial statements, and allocate partnership interests within a hybrid work arrangement at our Alabang office.

Ideal candidates have a business/finance background, are pursuing professional designations, and bring 1+ year of accounting/audit experience, strong English skills, and advanced Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• Pursuing ACA/ACCA/CPA designation preferred.
• 1+ year of public/private audit/accounting work experience.
• Experience reviewing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Motivated, diligent, deadline-driven team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel; MS Word and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
• Prepare LP and GP allocations and trial balances.
• Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries; full cycle accounting.
• Prepare financial data analysis and monitor client deliverables.
• Interact with Management and Clients; liaise with auditors and counsel.
• Review LP agreements, PPMs, and fund materials.
• Assist in implementing fund structures on the accounting system.
• Support audits and process wire transfers for clients.
• Prepare and analyze complex Excel spreadsheets; liaise with property managers.
