Job summary

Citco's Alabang office is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting professional to lead client accounting for real estate, asset management, and private equity funds. You will supervise teams, review quarterly and monthly reports, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance.

You will build strong client relationships and contribute to process improvements. This role requires 8+ years in financial services accounting, a professional designation, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of accounting experience in financial services.
• Experience supervising staff for 6+ years.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers including cash, position, reconciliations and accruals.
• Review capital activity for funds (capital calls and distributions).
• Review LP/GP allocations and related fees, waterfalls, and clawbacks.
• Manage client relationships, inquiries and meetings.
• Coordinate and monitor external audits; ensure audit standards.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to clients.
