Job summary

Citco seeks an experienced Senior Real Estate Fund Accountant to join our Fund Administration team in Alabang. You will oversee review of reports, allocations, and audits, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in financial services accounting, strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership. Office in Alabang, with growth opportunities and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Professional accounting designation required.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in accounting for financial services.
• Supervisory experience 6+ years.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP advantageous.
• Experience with real estate/private equity accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers including cash, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Review capital activity and distributions for funds.
• Review partner allocations and waterfall calculations.
• Liaise with clients and senior management; manage client relationships.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure audit standards compliance.
• Plan resources, recruit, coach, and develop team.
