Fullsuite Oriental Mindoro is seeking a Financial Operations Associate for a full-time, office-based role. The position operates on a 9PM shift and includes a bootcamp before final deployment to client projects.

This role supports fund administration and back-office finance work for US-based startups and requires 100% onsite presence. You will perform daily fund admin tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and collaborate with the documentation manager to capture client-specific processes.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily responsibilities in fund admin operations, one of the key areas of accounting & finance.

• Work with the documentation manager to document client-specific processes and workflows.
• Operate timely and accurately in all tasks.
• Establish productive, harmonious working relationships with the assigned client.
