Job summary

Belltower Fund Group in the Philippines is hiring a Fund Operations and Accounting Associate to join the remote Fund Accounting Service Team. You will support day-to-day fund operations, assist with accounting data, and coordinate across departments to ensure timely, accurate processing.

The role is ideal for someone early in their career, with interest in fund administration and accounting. Candidates should be organized, reliable, and capable of working during US business hours overlap.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations support, fund accounting, back-office operations, or customer service.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable learning and working with new software tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily distributions and payment operations assigned per procedures.
• Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies promptly.
• Process routine admin tasks: data entry, document organization, status updates.
• Maintain fund accounting data across systems; support data cleanup projects.
• Monitor and respond to operational requests following SOPs.
• Prepare documentation for wire processing workflows and approvals.
• Organize and file fund documents, investor records, and correspondence.
• Flag discrepancies to senior team members and assist with templates-based docs.
