Job summary

Recruitify HR in Taguig is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator - Financial (Back Office) for a 100% onsite role. You will process, reconcile, and verify financial transactions for high-value client accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and meticulous record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has back-office experience in wealth management or financial services, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work graveyard/night shift with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Back-office experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance or investments preferred.
• Strong transaction processing, verification, reconciliation and auditing background.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient with multiple financial systems and tools; maintains accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile moderately complex financial transactions.
• Handle large, sensitive, or high-value client accounts/portfolios.
• Verify documents and transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor accounts for discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records for audits and reporting.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
