Job summary

Infinit-O, Pasay, Philippines, seeks a Private Fund Associate to prepare and maintain accounting data for about 20-25 client engagements, reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data, and handle capital calls, investments, and expenses.

You will assist with the wire initiation, download bank statements and FoF information, ensure fund expenses are accrued timely per GAAP, learn partner allocations, and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, plus onboarding/offboarding support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage various engagements and deadlines.
1-2 years working experience; Private Fund Associate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accounting data for ~20-25 client engagements.
Reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data and record entries.
Capital call receipts; Investments – purchases and sales; Expenses.
Assist with wire initiation; Download bank statements and save to client folders.
Download FoF information, process documents, and save to client support folders.
Ensure fund expenses are accrued timely per GAAP; Understand partner allocations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages; Onboarding/offboarding support.
Complete LP audit confirmations and manage the process; Maintain accurate time logs.
