JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Fund Accounting Financial Reporting Oversight professional within the Product Administration team to oversee external service providers and ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

You will partner with investment, risk, legal, and compliance functions across time zones to deliver timely regulatory submissions and drive improvements through automation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fund services, including financial and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and U.S. Regulation S-X is preferred.
• Experience coordinating U.S. registered fund filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee external fund administration providers for assigned funds.
• Manage financial reporting cycles, disclosures, controls evidence, and certification support.
• Coordinate audit planning with service providers and independent auditors.
• Review fund financial statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-PORT Part F; Rule 17f-2).
• Prepare governance materials for fund governing forums.
