Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks an experienced Fund Controller Senior Associate to oversee service providers supporting registered and private investment funds, ensuring accurate operations and high-quality reporting. You will collaborate across portfolio, risk, legal, compliance, product, and client teams to deliver governance materials and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in fund services with hands-on exposure to fund accounting and regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of registered investment fund operations, controls and exception management.
Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS and applicable investment fund regulations (Investment Company Act of 1940).
Experience supporting regulatory filings and audit readiness for investment funds.
Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders with clear tracking.

Responsibilities

Execute a risk-based oversight across fund operations, including NAV, expenses, distributions, fee billing, and price publication.
Review daily and periodic fund activity outputs from service providers, identify exceptions, and drive timely issue resolution.
Review fund financial statements and coordinate audit support activities with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Review and oversee preparation and submission of fund regulatory filings (e.g., N-PORT, N-CEN, NPX and other applicable filings).
Maintain oversight records and support data entry and upkeep in internal systems and databases.
