Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team serving North American clients. The role works US business hours and covers sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and placement in industrial/manufacturing spaces.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, efficient process from initial contact to job offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing space, fabrication, plant operations or skilled trades.
• Ability to work with North American clients and understand job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Screen candidates, engage, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Job description

Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Remote - US Hours

Duration: Full-time

Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $7.00 - $10.00/hr. (Depending on experience)
