Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Remote staffing or agency experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Aufgaben

• Source and screen candidates across ~3 active requisitions at a time
• Run initial screens to assess fit and client-readiness
• Conduct structured prep calls for client interviews
• Write endorsement notes with evidence-based assessments
• Partner with account managers to align on real profiles behind each req
• Build and maintain candidate relationships through the placement process
• Flag quality concerns or gaps early
• Manage pipeline and ClickUp cards with hygiene
• Track metrics and be accountable to KPIs (quality, retention, time to hire)
