Job summary

Enable PH in Mandaluyong is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to ensure quality control of ecommerce orders and monitor drop-off activities, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to keep shipments accurate and timely.

The role requires detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to work six days a week across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a four-year bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS and OMS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and reporting.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Check all processed orders across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify) for consistency with DRs, ARs and platform records.
• Conduct quality checks on products after picking to ensure accuracy.
• Print AWBs and attach to ARs.
• Maintain soft copies of AWBs in shared drive.
• Coordinate with Warehouse QC for timely checks before endorsing to packers, and for dispatch, drop-off, and pick-up of parcels.
• Maintain and update the ecom drop-off tracker and monitor dispatch activities to ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor cancelled orders and coordinate with Fulfillment Claims, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely pull-out.
• Monitor fraudulent orders and report to E-commerce team for confirmation.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and process RTS transactions.
• Submit fulfillment reports (Drop-Off Monitoring, FFL) and provide insights to management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize fulfillment, especially QC and drop-off monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring quality control of ecommerce orders and monitoring drop-off activities. This role involves inspecting products for accuracy and condition, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and tracking shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. The associate plays a key role in maintaining smooth fulfillment operations and minimizing errors or delays. Aside from that, italso requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check all processed orders across all platforms and shops (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Shopify), ensuring that the details in the processed DRs, ARs, and platform records match.

• Conduct quality checks on products after picking to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the picklist.

• Print AWBs and attach them to the corresponding Acknowledgment Receipts (ARs).

• Maintain soft copies of the AWBs and ensure that they are properly stored in the shared drive.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse QC to ensure the timely checking of items before endorsing them to the packers, as well as the timely dispatch, drop-off, and pick-up of parcels.

• Maintain and update the ecom drop-off tracker, monitor dispatch activities, and ensure SLA compliance across platforms. Provide regular updates to the team regarding order fulfillment and SLA performance.

• Monitor cancelled orders and coordinate with the Fulfillment Claims, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely pull-out.

• Monitor fraudulent and potentially fraudulent/scam orders, check prices across all platforms, lodge case numbers through the respective platforms, and report them to the E-commerce team for confirmation and validation.

• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and ensure the timely processing of Ready to Ship (RTS) transactions to facilitate the timely delivery of orders.

• Submit fulfillment reports, such as Drop-Off Monitoring and FFL reports, in a timely manner. Prepare other reports and provide insights to the management as requested.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the fulfillment process, particularly in quality control (QC) checking and drop-off monitoring.

• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned, based on business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in using Ecommerce platform like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center

• Familiarity with using ERPS, WMS and OMS.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of how to prepare and navigate reports

• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week
