Job description

Summary:

We are looking for an organized and fast-moving Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to handle order packing, fulfillment, and end-of-shift reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with inventory tracking systems, with strong coordination skills across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Fulfill orders following company standards for packaging and labeling
• Track inventory movement and update stock records in real time
• Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports (items packed, orders fulfilled, discrepancies, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Coordinate with team leads or supervisors on order priorities and issues
• Flag damaged, missing, or incorrect items before shipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics setting preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Fast and efficient without compromising accuracy
• Comfortable using inventory/tracking systems (e.g., WMS, spreadsheets, or POS tools)
• Able to prepare basic reports after each shift
• Good communication and coordination skills — able to work well with internal teams
• Con drive with valid driver's license is a plus
• Physically able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
