Job summary

Enable PH in Mandaluyong is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to drive growth across Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok channels. You will own end-to-end e-commerce strategies and help brands achieve profitability.

Responsibilities include optimizing listings, pricing, UX and analytics, collaborating with internal teams and platform partners, and expanding both existing and new channels to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward thinking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own e-commerce channels (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and drive growth.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor traffic, conversions and KPIs; report findings.
• Review product listings for optimal ranking and SEO.
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotions.
• Provide UX and website design insights and recommendations.
• Develop emerging channels while maintaining existing ones.
• Manage relationships with online platforms and service providers.

JOB SUMMARY: The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and development of the channels through strategic building and maintenance of Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• E-commerce ownership of brands: hitting targets, monitoring stock of the brand, working with relevant teams to ensure the brand is profitable and growing smoothly

• Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Reviewing product listings to ensure optimum store/product ranking and search optimized listings

• Ensuring pricing strategies are executed correctly and effectively

• Providing insights and recommendations to improve website design, user experience (UX), and customer journey

• Developing emerging channels to its full potential while maintaining the existing ones

• Managing relationships with online platforms and service providers

• Staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 4 years of proven experience in E-commerce sales and marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward thinking

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field

• Brand Management and Platform Ads experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
