Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations for ecommerce orders, ensuring accurate packing, timely handover to couriers, and strict adherence to service level agreements across platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

You will supervise shifts, manage manpower, monitor packing capacity and order throughput, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and 3PL partners, and drive KPI improvements while upholding safety, policies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or operations, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and order management systems like BigSeller.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reports, monitoring, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment operations, manpower, attendance, and shift activities.
• Monitor pending orders, order volume, packing capacity, and fulfillment productivity.
• Ensure orders meet platform SLA and fulfillment KPIs across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for capacity adjustments during campaigns and SLA changes.
• Monitor packing errors, rejected parcels, returns/refunds, and other fulfillment-related issues.
• Review operational reports and address employee, process, and productivity concerns raised by supervisors.
• Monitor account health, late dispatch/fulfillment metrics, and other platform indicators.
• Coordinate with 3PL/courier partners regarding parcel handover, pending shipments, discrepancies, and operational concerns.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, Production, HR, and other departments to support fulfillment requirements.
• Handle administrative and HR-related matters for the Fulfillment team.
• Lead supervisors and fulfillment personnel while ensuring compliance with procedures, productivity standards, and safety requirements.

Job description

The Fulfillment Manager at Dermorepubliq is responsible for managing the daily fulfillment operations and ensuring that customer orders from e-commerce platforms are processed, packed, and handed over to couriers accurately and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage daily fulfillment operations, manpower, attendance, and shift activities. Monitor pending orders, order volume, packing capacity, and fulfillment productivity.
• Ensure orders meet platform SLA and fulfillment KPIs, including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada performance.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing when order volume exceeds packing capacity and SLA or campaign adjustments are needed.
• Monitor packing errors, rejected parcels, returns/refunds, and other fulfillment-related issues.
• Review operational reports and address employee, process, and productivity concerns raised by supervisors.
• Monitor account health, late dispatch/fulfillment metrics, and other platform performance indicators.
• Coordinate with 3PL/courier partners regarding parcel handover, pending shipments, discrepancies, and operational concerns.

Overall Purpose: To ensure Dermorepubliq's fulfillment operation has the right manpower and capacity to process orders accurately, efficiently, and within SLA, while maintaining strong coordination across internal teams and courier partners.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or operations, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience managing large teams, multiple shifts, and high-volume order operations.
• Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes, including order processing, packing, dispatch, returns, and courier handover.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and order management systems such as BigSeller. Good understanding of SLA, productivity, capacity planning, order accuracy, and fulfillment KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reports, monitoring, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Inventory, Warehouse, HR, and 3PL/courier partners.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, especially during campaigns and peak sales periods.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required by operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational policies.
