The Frontliner will maintain accurate documentation, assist in cargo handling, and contribute to a reliable, customer-friendly branch experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify Air Waybills (AWB) and assist in day-to-day branch operations.
• Process cargo releases and refund requests accurately and promptly.
• Assist clients with inquiries via phone and walk-ins to provide friendly service.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant to support smooth cargo handling.

Key Responsibilities
