Job summary

PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading operations in our logistics team. The role requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring quantities match, securing helpers, inspecting items for damage, following drop sequences, and proper documentation. The position may require shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• FEMALE MUST PREPARED.
• At least high school graduate, College Level; warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and handle warehouse, logistics, activities for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of inventory documents and warehouse procedures.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively with a team.

• Ensure all products being loaded are accounted in terms of quantity and quality.
• Secure delivery helper in loading of the products and ensure that no one commits mishandling of product for delivery.
• Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies prior to shipment, and communicate any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure that order of loading of the product is based on recommended drop sequence.
• Check the cleanliness of vehicle or trucks specially inside the truck before loading of products.
• Ensure that there are wheeler and reject twine to be used for delivery (if needed).
• Ensure that all documents (computerized straw list and DR yellow copy) are properly endorsed to Logistics Assistant with proper notation/remarks.
• Ensure to inform Logistics Supervisor that your loading assignment is completed and perform the necessary activities to observe the security measures in working areas such as closing of roll-up door.
• Carry-out same function for customer pick-up
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
