YTO Express (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION in Laguna, Calamba seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to manage parcel receiving, sorting, dispatch, delivery, pickup and returns, while directing branch staff, riders, drivers and helpers. You will ensure accurate records, monitor KPIs, and maintain safety and service standards.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including parcel receiving, sorting, dispatching, delivery, pickup, and return processes. Supervise and provide direction to branch staff, riders, drivers, helpers, and other assigned personnel.
Ensure that parcels are properly received, scanned, sorted, stored, dispatched, and delivered in accordance with established service standards
Monitor the daily performance and productivity of branch personnel and ensure that operational targets are achieved
Plan and coordinate the daily deployment of riders, drivers, and helpers based on delivery volume and manpower requirements
Monitor parcel movement and ensure that delayed, undelivered, damaged, or missing parcels are properly investigated and reported
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of branch reports, manifests, delivery records, inventory records, and other operational documents
Monitor branch cash handling, COD collections, deposits, and related financial transactions in accordance with company procedures
Address customer concerns and coordinate with the appropriate departments regarding delivery issues, complaints, and other service-related concerns
Monitor branch attendance, manpower availability, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures
Ensure that the branch maintains proper housekeeping, safety, security, and workplace standards
Monitor branch performance indicators, including parcel volume, delivery success rate, pending parcels, manpower productivity, customer complaints, and other relevant KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Relevant experience in logistics, courier, delivery, warehouse, transportation, or branch operations
Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, or extended hours when required by operations
