Job summary

Cargo Padala Express Forwarding Services Corp in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented logistics support specialist to coordinate pick-up and delivery bookings, confirm shipment details, and ensure accurate documentation.

You will inspect cargo, assist loading/unloading, provide customers with guidelines, and monitor service changes to resolve issues promptly while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify waybills and shipment documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform cargo inspection and assist in loading/unloading to prevent damage.
• Provide customers with shipping guidelines and handling recommendations.
• Monitor operational changes and communicate issues for prompt resolution.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Collect payments when required and remit collections per policy.
• Promote company services and programs to customers.

• Coordinate with the Order Control Specialist and customers regarding assigned pick-up and delivery bookings, schedules, and shipment requirements.
• Confirm shipment details, including schedules, locations, addresses, and special instructions, to ensure smooth and accurate service execution.
• Prepare and verify waybills and other shipment-related documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company systems and procedures.
• Perform cargo inspection and assist in the safe loading and unloading of shipments to prevent loss, damage, or handling issues.
• Provide customers with shipping guidelines, cargo handling recommendations, and other service-related information.
• Monitor and communicate operational changes, delivery concerns, and customer issues to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments when required and ensure the timely and accurate remittance of collections in accordance with company policies.
• Promote company services, programs, and marketing initiatives to customers when appropriate.
• Adhere to company operational procedures, safety standards, and service quality requirements at all times.

Job Requirement/s

• At least Senior High School Graduate; college level or vocational graduate is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier services, warehousing, or customer-facing operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prepare and verify shipment documents accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loading and unloading activities when required.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned service area and work on flexible schedules when necessary.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.
