Qualifications

• Experience with dispatch or field service management software.
• Strong phone communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow structured call scripts.
• Ability to coordinate with field-based team members in real time.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from customers requesting service.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with field drivers regarding job assignments and status updates.
• Log and track service requests using our dispatch software.
• Follow provided scripts to ensure consistent, professional customer interactions.
• Monitor and manage service requests coming through partner network platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and jobs in our tracking system.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service status and timing.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues appropriately.
