• Minimum of 8 years in Front Office experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment.
• Knowledgeable in Front Office Operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Possess professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes occupancy and average rate; coordinates with Director of Sales.
• Maintains relationships with travel agents and tour operators.
• Coordinates with Engineering and Housekeeping to maximize room availability.
• Handles guest inquiries and resolves complaints professionally.
• Prepares reports and participates in budgeting and forecasting.
• Works with Reservations to manage dates, availability, and guest arrival patterns.
• Supervises staff activities to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
