Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Front Office experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead as an example in appearance, attitude, equity & professionalism.
• Be available 24 hours a day to manage hotel operations.
• Oversee Front Desk, Group Coordinator, Operator and Business Centre activities.
• Maintain staff discipline, motivation and proper record-keeping in Duty Manager logbook.
• Ensure security, safety procedures and emergency response coordination.
