Job summary

Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore seeks a Manager of Guest Relations to lead the lobby experience and ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. You will welcome guests by name, escort them through the hotel, and oversee loyalty programs, with a focus on personalized, Thai-inspired hospitality.

The role requires strong Front Office knowledge, at least 5 years of experience, and superb English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in Front Office experience.
• Knowledgeable in Front Office Operation and Guest Relations.
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
• Possess professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and farewell guests in the lobby, escort from door to Front Desk and to rooms.
• Personalize service for guests with limousine bookings and repeat guests.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist guests proactively.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and cashier duties when needed.
• Manage guest feedback and loyalty programs per hotel procedures.
