Dusit Thani Hotel in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Front Office Leader to manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring top guest satisfaction and revenue optimization. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Housekeeping to maintain optimal room availability and service standards across all shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with at least eight years of Front Office experience, preferably in a 5‑star property, and demonstrates outstanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management required.
• Minimum 8 years in Front Office, preferably in a 5-star environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Maximizes occupancy and average rate in coordination with Sales and Revenue management.
• Directs Front Office operations to ensure guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Coordinates with Engineering and Housekeeping to maximize room availability for sales.
• Reviews VIP arrival lists and coordinates with Senior Management on special arrangements.
• Prepares reports and participates in forecasting and budgeting with senior management.
• Trains and develops staff, implements recognition programs, and ensures confidentiality and brand standards.
